Sent 2 straps back as the spring bars/strap holes Did Not line up with my watch lugs. Check the video.
Contacted Jamie who gave me a return address, sent back tracked48, Now they will not reply back to me at all.
Quality wise Strap seemed to be ok tbf, took over a week to arrive as this company holds no stock & your order comes direct from China, so you may as well save yaself a lotta money & buy direct from a China seller on the well know auction website.
The China connection is probably why I can’t get a reply or refund from them. I’ve now gone thru PayPal to get my money back.
I’d advise to order with extreme caution if you’re thinking you may need to return anything
I am really happy with the strap for my Tudor Ranger, looks good in my humble opinion and that of others, great fit with the original Tudor spring bars.
Postage took longer than expected but swift response when chased, this is positively offset by the great prices compared to the competition. Thank you.
Makes a real difference to look of my watch and its much more durable than the Nato or Leather strap I had before. I chose Forrest green to go with with Tudor 925.
I originally ordered the grey one but after three weeks of waiting it arrived and I decided the black one would look better so ordered that and again it took three weeks to arrive. However this looks much better and I'm really pleased with it. How I return the grey one is a mystery though!
The strap is great and no problem fitting.
Only disappointment is that it is shipped from China (so takes about 4 weeks to get to the UK) and I thought I was buying from a UK company so the strap might have been made in the UK. Obviously not.
Having seen several negative reviews I was a little worried after I ordered from this company.
Apart from a slow response to queries the experience has been fine and the product is very nice.
I had to change the strap for another colour and this transaction also was ok.
I have had an acceptable experience and am pleased with the watch strap.
Took a couple weeks. But product was great. Was bit worried ordering from china. But would def order again. I fact new watch coming this weekend so 100% will order another strap.
The strap itself is lovely but it was a nightmare to fit, the hole for the spring bar is set too far back so the spring bar had to be forced forward to pop into the holes in the lugs in my Omega Seamaster. This is just a generic rubber strap I could have bought off Amazon or eBay, its not made especially to fit the watch its advertised as fitting. It’s overpriced because its not bespoke like the website suggests.
Lovely strap, really comfortable and looks great with the Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue model. My only comment is the strap doesn’t sit flush to the watch when it’s being worn, in particular at the bottom of the watch, but doesn’t make too much difference
Lovely fitting and well made strap. Comfortable to wear and in my opinion makes the watch look much more high end than standard Velcro strap which looks quite casual.
